It also highlights material being used faster or slower than normal, lets you see and modify order points when lead times change and gives you room to post follow-up notes on vendor commitments.
Use the green magnet signals to show items at normal levels and usage and change it to red (or other color - 10 included) when it needs attention, is on order or in a stock-out status. The magnet kit includes optional magnetic 1" x 8" cardholders in 5 colors and 10 card insert colors for up to 50 color-codes for fast item ID. Includes CD/ROM card-keying template. Preparing the cardholders with these critical stock items in advance will let you add or move line items quickly.
