Each person or team has strong and weak areas and high-low periods but you have to manage and motivate both beginners and veterans each day. So, how do you get peak performance daily from each? Easy: focus on each one's strong points and motivate them to give you the best effort they are capable of that day. It's a technique used by thousands of successful organizations. This magnetic LeaderBoard™ makes it easy.
Run multiple performance contests at the same time, covering target categories (units produced, models sold, attendance, etc.). Each will find a category where they can excel and feel proud, even on "bad days".
Post magnetic contest position numbers recognizing the leaders in each category. Assign point values in each for a positive result, with the category winner being the one with the most points, then add the points across all categories to determine the overall winners. It recognizes all good performances so that even the new performers have a chance to excel and be a winner in one or more categories, yet still lets the experienced old-hands earn and keep their share of the contest rewards. Change the contest categories and vary the points and prizes to keep the board new and exciting.
Fast and Easy to use: It comes with a CD/ROM calculation template producing a print-out image of the board with the new updated positions and totals. Just follow the diagram to reposition the names and update the numbers.
