The SQDC board provides team leaders and management with a daily visual assessment of process performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost indicators. Use this visual management board to reveal problems, spot trends, and check the status of corrective actions in your factory. A perfect tool to drive discussion towards solving problems during daily huddles and Gemba walks.

This magnetic whiteboard system includes large printed criteria symbols for daily metric tracking, each with three sub-rows for posting data charts. The kits include 2-sided Flip-Overs^® magnets (green/red and yellow/blue) to indicate success toward achieving daily targets: green = target met, red = target missed, yellow = met, but action needed, blue = holiday, or any coding that suits your needs. Easily post and swap out TTM, Pareto, Countermeasure and other charts using the magnetic ChartJackets^®, without removing the jacket from the board.

Lines and board headings are heat-fused printed into the porcelain-like dry-erase magnetic steel whiteboard surface to stay like new for a lifetime of daily use.

Each SQDC includes Flip-Overs^® 2-sided circle 3/4" magnets in red-green and yellow-medium blue to fit date spaces.

Green = target met
Red = target missed
Yellow = target achieved, action required
Blue = holiday or your coding.

Write-on edge stripes in 5 colors for quick chart ID grouping or location codes.

Write erasable comments and observations about the chart on the transparent jacket face with the damp erase pens without marking the chart itself. Ideal for management comments, calling attention to chart highlights.

Opens on both the top and side for easy chart insertion with minimum static. Holds 10 sheets.

3 strong magnet strips: 2 on the back and 1 behind the face of the front color stripe.

How do I hang my new board?

Your BoldLyne^® framed Magnatag^® board comes with two hanging options: Patented Safety Hooks and FrameKlamp^™ SlideChannel^™ wall hangers. You can view an installation video of the two options or download the instructions for either by clicking these links: Safety Hook Installation or FrameKlamp^™ Installation. Fastener hardware is not included. Please make sure the fasteners you use are appropriate for your wall.
