This magnetic whiteboard displays a panorama of your district's full year emergency drill program in color-coded detail for everyone to see at a glance. It has columns for 10 fire drills, 2 Lock-downs, 2 Evacuation and 2 Weather drills, but you can tailor the columns heading words to show your schedule.
Its 2-sided Flip-Over® Green/Yellow magnet symbols show drills scheduled and completed, and a red magnet symbol shows if there is a problem to address. You can use the smaller magnet signals in 10 colors to flag details (week day, staffing, etc.)
It's fast and easy to maintain and update; Just turn over the magnet to show each drill's status. Kits also include 5/8" x 6" magnetic cardholders (in 5 colors) with card inserts (in 10 colors) for posting color-coded school names, or displaying notes in the right hand column for the week's activity.
Order it with your school names printed on the board or use the magnetic cardholders to make changes and add new names. It's as flexible as your imagination, including using it for tracking any other district-wide programs or activities.
