At no extra cost, you can heat-fuse custom-print your board title across the top of your StaffMaster™ Position Control whiteboard. Click on the board # in price list and follow "Modify Board" instructions.

Set your chart up in perfect alignment using the printed Ghost-White™ background alignment grid. It is visible up close, but "disappears" when you stand back a little.

Print or write your information directly onto your card inserts

Use the half-size card inserts included to create personnel name cards to fold over the position card, covering the position status, to show the occupied position.

Print your information directly onto included laser transparency film. Slide over the card insert. If staff status changes, you can change your card insert colors without having to re-type your information. Just slide the new color behind the printed transparency film.

Kits include printed Position card insert sets: VACANT, BUDGETED, PLANNED and PROPOSED (10 colors) with the text printed on the upper half of the card, leaving the lower half for your wording.

For maximum flexibility, use the printed Position cards and overlay with the transparency film for positions and the half-size inserts for staff names.
