Post your timeline scale across the top row on 1/2" or 1" columns. Board can be set up as a daily or weekly schedule using magnetic date strips included. Magnetic month set also included.

Each line item row, has 2 sub-rows - Use the top, white row to plan against your time line and the shaded row to show your progress against the plan.
